Crystal – Rehabilitation Support Worker
Crystal is passionate about helping people improve their health, independence and quality of life through evidence-based rehabilitation. She is committed to empowering individuals to achieve meaningful goals, using exercise and movement to build confidence, improve function and support long-term wellbeing.
With a Master's degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology and a background in Nutrition and Exercise as Medicine, Crystal combines academic knowledge with practical experience to support individuals living with a wide range of complex health conditions. Her work has included supporting people with cardiovascular, respiratory, metabolic, musculoskeletal, neuromuscular and mental health conditions, developing personalised rehabilitation programmes that reflect each individual's abilities, goals and aspirations.
Alongside her rehabilitation experience, Crystal has worked as a care assistant, providing compassionate support with daily living activities and gaining valuable insight into the importance of person-centred care. She has also worked as a lifeguard and swimming assistant, further strengthening her commitment to promoting health, safety and physical activity across all stages of life.
As a Rehabilitation Support Worker with RMR Support Worker Ltd, Crystal combines her clinical exercise physiology knowledge with a compassionate, person-centred approach to rehabilitation. She is passionate about helping individuals overcome barriers to physical activity, improve their confidence and discover what they can achieve through tailored, evidence-based support.
Crystal is a registered AHCS Clinical Exercise Physiologist and holds a Master's in Clinical Exercise Physiology, an undergraduate degree in Nutrition and Exercise as Medicine, and CIMSPA-approved qualifications in Personal Training and Exercise for Long-Term Health Conditions. She is also qualified as an SEQ Level 1 Swimming Assistant (Teaching) and holds an RLSS UK Lifeguard qualification, bringing a broad and well-rounded skillset to her role within the RMR team.
