Case Management & Solicitors

Rehabilitation Support That Becomes Part of the Team

We work collaboratively with case managers, therapists, deputies and solicitors to ensure rehabilitation objectives remain central to service delivery.

We provide Rehabilitation support workers for clients involved in rehabilitation, personal injury and medico-legal pathways.

Our RAs operate within defined roles and responsibilities, supported by structured governance, professional oversight and ongoing development.

A Different Approach

Not all support worker services are the same.

We've built a rehabilitation-focused model that puts independence, participation and goal progression at the heart of every interaction — rather than simply completing tasks for a client, we support them to achieve as much as possible for themselves.

Every interaction is a potential rehabilitation opportunity.

How We Support Rehabilitation

Supporting programmes developed by physiotherapists, occupational therapists and other healthcare professionals

Encouraging safe mobility and functional movement, at home and in the community

Supporting access to exercise, leisure, education and employment

Reinforcing strategies from the wider multidisciplinary team

Building confidence with everyday functional activities

Promoting independence with the right level of support

Establishing routines and meaningful daily structure

Encouraging participation in activities that improve quality of life

Family support and consistency of care

Every programme is tailored to the individual's goals, abilities and changing needs.

Working as Part of the Multidisciplinary Team

Our Rehabilitation Support Workers work alongside:

  • Case Managers

  • Physiotherapists

  • Occupational Therapists

  • Speech and Language Therapists

  • Neuropsychologists

  • Consultants & Rehabilitation Physicians

  • Families and carers

We don't replace clinical intervention — we complement it, delivering structured, goal-focused support within clearly defined professional boundaries, with regular communication to keep rehabilitation coordinated and consistent.

Professional Standards & Governance

Every Rehabilitation Support Worker completes the RMR Rehabilitation Support Framework before supporting clients, covering rehabilitation principles, professional boundaries, safeguarding, MDT communication, documentation and risk escalation.

All our support workers are:

Enhanced DBS checked
Fully insured
Supported through ongoing professional development
Guided by clear governance procedures

This gives case managers confidence that support is delivered consistently, safely and professionally — wherever it's needed.

Conditions We Commonly Support

Our support workers regularly support clients with ABI, TBI, spinal cord injury and other complex neurological presentations.

Our Referral Process

Initial Discussion

We talk through the client's presentation, rehabilitation goals, current therapy input and support needs.

Careful Matching

Clients are matched with a support worker based on clinical needs, goals, personality and location.

Goal-focussed support

Delivered in collaboration with the wider rehabilitation team, adapting as progress is made.

Ongoing Communication

With case managers and other professionals throughout.

Ongoing Review

Support evolves as goals, independence and aspirations change.
