How We Can Help

Our Rehabilitation Assistants provide one-to-one support tailored to your individual goals — delivered in your home, your community, or alongside activities that are important to you.

We work alongside your existing therapy team where appropriate, or we can help you get started if you are looking for rehabilitation support for the first time.
All support is overseen by our HCPC registered neuro specialist physiotherapist, ensuring that your rehabilitation plan is clinically informed and delivered safely.

How We Support

We know that finding the right support is about more than a checklist of services. It's about feeling confident to get out into your community again, staying connected to the people and activities that matter to you, and feeling able to manage everyday life at home — at your own pace, with someone alongside you who understands what that takes.

Our Approach

Rather than seeing support sessions as simply completing tasks, our Rehabilitation Assistants are trained to recognise the rehabilitation opportunities that naturally exist within everyday activities.

Using shopping as an example, depending on your goals, a session might include opportunities for:

  • Walking endurance and balance

  • Planning and organisation

  • Communication and social interaction

  • Carrying and functional strength

  • Confidence in busy environments

  • Fatigue management

  • Money handling and decision-making

  • Problem-solving and sequencing

This approach means that everyday activities become purposeful rehabilitation opportunities rather than simply tasks to complete.
